Progress tracking

Make sure the start of your exercise program includes an assessment of some sort, with measurements of your girth and body fat percentage, in ADDITION to the traditional scale. These outside factors, like waist line girth, can help determine if your fitness training program is effective much better than your scale can. Sometimes people go only by their weight and easily get discouraged because although your scale may not have moved, you still might of lost body fat, especially in the early stages of your program.
