Damon Snider is a Can Fit Pro certified Personal Training Specialist whose tough but fun training style gets results. You’ll love to hate him during a workout while feeling compelled to shout profanities at him left right and center, but when it’s all over you’ll feel a great sense of accomplishment and will eagerly anticipate the next session. Damon focuses on high energy, fast paced exercises so his clients get the full results driven benefits out of the hour. Meet Kyle: a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and graduate of the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College. Kyle’s clients describe him as being very knowledgeable with a keen eye for proper technique. He likes to focus on rehabilitating injuries or imbalances while working with the client to reach their fitness goals; providing a safe and progressive fitness regimen. With a sizable repertoire of exercise techniques, Kyle will modify your routine to fit any circumstance. Past experience in a Physiotherapy/Chiropractic clinic has allowed him to recognize a range of injuries and work with patients to overcome their limitations. Kyle enjoys playing every sport and likes to work out using core training and sport specific exercise methods. |
Phil Packowski is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Wellness Specialist with the International Sports Science Association. Phil’s journey of living and promoting a healthy lifestyle began at a young age. Being a cancer survivor, Phil’s fitness philosophy is rooted in having a balanced exercise program, with 6 healthy meals a day, and in listening to your body. Phil’s goal is to encourage others to find joy in exercising whether that may be individually or in a group. His passion is for body building and weight lifting. He is currently an active coach for sports teams and wants to bring fun and enjoyment into living a healthily lifestyle. |
Steve is a Can-Fit Pro certified Personal Training Specialist. His aim is to provide a safe, effective and fun workout program designed to meet your health and fitness goals. He will motivate you to get the most out of every session, and provide you with the knowledge and experience needed to receive outstanding results in a shorter period of time. Steve is a former Junior ‘A’ hockey player and is currently studying at the University of Toronto. With certifications in Personal Training, Spinning, Yoga and Gymnastics, for Ilan, it’s all about balance. He keeps his own training schedule varied with resistance training twice a week, Cardio twice a week and lots of core exercises and stretching as well. A self-proclaimed eternal optimist, he believes that anything is possible if you believe it, and this is a value that he instills in his clients in every training session. A balanced diet is part of his healthy regime as well, with a focus on drinking tons of water and eating lots of nutritious veggies at every meal. His passion for training stems from the desire to help others find their own balance in life. |
Karina is an ACE certified personal trainer with continuing education credits in Clinical Exercise, and is currently pursuing continuing education in Yoga. She has a strong background in martial arts, (Tae Kwon Do), weight training, sports and dance.Karina has extensive experience working with clients of varying ages, fitness levels, functional capacities and goals. She customizes workouts for her clients using a broad spectrum of exercises and training methods, and keeps her own health and fitness strong in the same way. Karina specializes in revealing each client’s inner strength, using it to drive and motivate them through workouts which are both enjoyable and extremely effective. |
