When an athlete plays a game like golf. The most common injuries requiring rehab are to the shoulders, elbows, and back. These injuries are usually due to the explosive repetitive movement involved in high performance sports like golf. The muscles that are required to maintain stability are usually not targeted, while the major muscle groups are working on the swing. As a result the opposing muscles are over worked compensating for the tightened and major muscle groups involved in the golf swing motion.

We work to balance the body to prevent any muscle compensation, caused by your distinct lifestyle and body type, to specify the proper stretching and exercise program according to your strengths and limitations. Our unique stabilization and core focus will maintain a strong foundation in the body to equally be strong with every kind of movement in golf and other sports. With a high performance exercise routine and specific sports related movements you will enhance the ability to perform the required sport specific movement. We assess each individual's lifestyle and body type to specify the unique strengths and limitations of the individual.
