Each of our fitness trainers work with children ages 9 and up, incorporating cardio and strength training into workouts suitable for their age and development. And because we're mobile, our staff bring the necessary equipment and come to you, training your children in your own home or comfortable location.
Frequent physical activity not only improves a child’s self-esteem and confidence, but also helps ensure healthy lifestyles are adapted early in life, making them easier to maintain and carry through into adulthood.
