Lose Baby Weight with G Force Babies Group Workouts

Do you have or plan on having some extra weight to deal with after giving birth? Here’s how our Toronto fitness training company can help you in the spring of 2013!

Picture this: you arrive at the park with your new baby and meet up with the rest of the group. The sun is shining, the air is fresh and you’re surrounded by friendly women who’ve all recently given birth. All of you are going through your own unique experience of this BIG life event; changes with your bodies, minds, hearts and spirits. You not only share this with these women but also a common goal of becoming healthier and fitter moms.

Can you imagine how this type of workout class has the potential to be a fun way to lose postpartum weight, bond with your baby and other new moms, and provide additional support (in various ways) for you at this time?

The G Force team has several female personal trainers who’ve become new moms within the last few years and experienced the challenge of losing weight after pregnancy. Who better to guide you through postpartum exercises than someone with the technical knowledge AND who can relate to you?

G Force Babies is our latest service designed specifically for postpartum moms. It’s an outdoor group fitness class featuring postpartum exercises to help you get started with losing your baby weight and becoming a fitter, healthier mom. And let’s face it, you’re going to need to build up your energy capacity to keep up with your soon-to-be toddler!

Our outdoor group fitness class for new moms will begin in the season known for births, spring of 2013. Your G Force postpartum fitness expert will show you how you can use your baby and baby items, like their stroller, to get stronger and increase your overall fitness levels. The series of postpartum exercises in your workout will consist of a combination of cardio, strength-training and toning.
