Group Onsite Fitness Training Service
Group training is a great cost-effective way to workout with your friends or spouse. Our trainers can accommodate up to four clients with different abilities, strengths, and weaknesses all at the same time without losing focus on any one particular person. Since everyone has different training styles, goals, and obstacles, we develop custom exercise and nutrition programs for each client — even if training in a group!
*Groups of four or more will have more than one personal trainer to assure results are achieved safely.
