Gidon Gabbay, the owner of G Force Home Training, has developed our company’s unique strategy and philosophy to integrate the mind and body during exercise. During his time as a personal trainer, Gidon designed fitness and nutrition programs for people such as NHL players, professional golfers, actors, and singers in Canada and the US. With the help of his passion, knowledge and inspiration, every client Gidon has trained has achieved their health and wellness goals. Through his training as a Pre and Post-exercise Rehab Specialist, an NFPT High Performance Trainer, a Performance Nutritionist, and an avid Muay Thai artist, Gidon has developed a well-rounded system that allows each of our clients to reach their mental and physical potential. He coaches each client and designs custom meal plans for them to ensure that they receive a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle program.
Vanessa Agosta is a Can Fit Pro certified Personal Trainer Specialist whose training philosophy is firmly rooted in balancing exercise, healthy eating and meditation. With over eight years of experience in various martial arts disciplines, Vanessa combines fun and fitness in every training session. She specializes in weight loss, posture correction and sports performance exercise. Vanessa keeps herself in shape by lifting weights, eating 5 to 6 small, healthy meals throughout the day, and training for sporting events such as running races and long-distance charity bike rides.
Dr. Christa Mallay is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Personal Trainer Specialist certification from Can Fit Pro. Having struggled with weight issues when she was younger, Christa realizes the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle and really caring for your body. With her Chiropractic background, Christa is well-versed in the areas of rehabilitation, injury prevention, posture correction, core stability and weight loss. She understands that making lifestyle changes can be hard, but knows the rewards are worth the effort. As a result, she is passionate about helping other people make those changes and reach their goals. Christa currently keeps herself in shape by lifting weights, doing cardio exercises and mountain biking.

Damon Snider is a Can Fit Pro certified Personal Training Specialist whose tough but fun training style gets results.  You'll love to hate him during a workout while feeling compelled to shout profanities at him left right and center, but when it's all over you'll feel a great sense of accomplishment and will eagerly anticipate the next session.  Damon focuses on high energy, fast paced exercises so his clients get the full results driven benefits out of the hour.  He is firm yet fun, but despite what you may have heard, he IS a very friendly and personable guy!

The study of the human body has always been the object of Miguel’s deepest interest. At medical school at the University of La Sabana Columbia, he was fascinated with exercise physiology, labs and training programs. Since moving to Canada, Miguel has continued his medical school studies in addition to his work as a full-time, certified personal trainer. His training strategy is based on his belief that prevention is the best medicine, and so his focus is to prevent injuries by helping his clients develop a balanced, toned physique. Hannah Kim is a Can Fit Pro certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition and Wellness Specialist. She believes that reaching optimal health and wellness begins with small steps and compassionately coaches her clients through this journey. Hannah was a competitive Jump Rope Coach for 4 years and specializes in weight loss and strength training. She practises what she preaches by working out regularly and eating clean to keep her body fit.
Meet Kyle: a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and graduate of the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College. Kyle's clients describe him as being very knowledgeable with a keen eye for proper technique. He likes to focus on rehabilitating injuries or imbalances while working with the client to reach their fitness goals; providing a safe and progressive fitness regimen. With a sizable repertoire of exercise techniques, Kyle will modify your routine to fit any circumstance. Past experience in a Physiotherapy/Chiropractic clinic has allowed him to recognize a range of injuries and work with patients to overcome their limitations. Kyle enjoys playing every sport and likes to work out using core training and sport specific exercise methods.
